§ 405. Sidewalks.

Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of the street where the average width of lots, as measured at the street frontage line or at the building setback line is under one hundred fifty (150) feet. Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the city design and construction standards.
