§ 412. Acceptance of maintenance of improvements.

After a final inspection is made by the municipal [city] engineer in conjunction with the proprietor's engineer to assure that the subdivision has been completed according to approved plans, a recommendation will be made by the municipal [city] engineer to the municipal [city] council to accept the improvements for maintenance.
