§ 600. Fees.

The proprietor shall deposit with the city treasurer at the time of filing of the pre-preliminary plat one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) which shall be credited to the expense incurred by the city for engineering review of the pre-preliminary plat, the preliminary plat, and the final plat. If the city's expense exceeds one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), the proprietor shall pay to the city treasurer the excess amount prior to approval of the final plat. If the proprietor withdraws the plat at any stage, the amount on deposit in excess of the city's expense for engineering review to that stage shall be promptly refunded.
