§ 16-2. Injuring park property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, mar or damage in any manner any monument, ornament, fence, bridge, seat, tree, fountain, shrub, flower, playground equipment, fireplaces or other public property within or pertaining to public parks.
