§ 16-19. City quality of life director to be executive officer.

The city quality of life director shall be the executive officer in charge of the use and maintenance of the parks and recreation grounds, and shall be responsible for the park and recreation program in buildings or on properties of other public or private institutions that may be used by the city through rental, lease or by gift.
