§ 16-28. Meetings; open to public; filing minutes.

The quality of life board shall meet at the instigation of the chairman or four (4) or more voting members of the board. The meetings shall be open to the public and a copy of the minutes of all quality of life board meetings shall be filed with the city clerk for transmittal to the city council and the city planning commission.
