§ 18-2. Watercourse improvements.

Latest version.

The improvement of rivers, creeks, canals and watercourses by widening or deepening, or by the construction of retaining walls or levies, or both, shall be deemed a public improvement which may be financed under the provisions of this chapter. This section shall not in any way be deemed to limit the generality of this chapter in its application to other types of public improvements.
