§ 19-37. Wares dangerous to pedestrians not to be displayed.
Latest version.
No merchandise, goods, wares, appliances, commodities, display and advertising signs,
displayed pursuant to this division, which have sharp, pointed or cutting edges shall
be displayed in such a manner as to endanger the bodies or limbs of pedestrians using
city sidewalks.
