§ 22-35. Penalty for violations.

Any person or customer who violates any of the provisions of sections 22-29 through 22-34 or any written order of the city water department, in pursuance thereof, shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in section 2-132. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines as set forth in section 2-132.
