§ 22-59. Protective devices.

The method to protect against the hazards of cross connections as outlined in the MDEQ cross connection rules manual are incorporated by reference into the city cross connection control program. Whenever any deviation from the recommended methods of protection is contemplated, approval from the MDEQ shall be first obtained.
