§ 2-77. Report of delinquent taxes.

If the city treasurer is unable to collect any of the taxes on the roll assessed on real property, before the close of the first day of September of each year, he shall prepare and submit a written statement of the delinquent taxes to the city council at the first meeting of the city council following the first day of September of each year.
