§ 2-104. Term of office of commissioners.

The term of each member of the planning commission shall be three (3) years except that three (3) members of the first planning commission to be appointed shall serve for a term of one (1) year, three (3) for a term of two (2) years and three (3) for a term of three (3) years. All members shall hold office until their successors have been appointed.
