§ 2-109. Records; annual report.

  • The planning commission shall appoint or hire a secretary who need not be a member of the planning commission. The secretary shall keep an accurate record of all resolutions, transactions, finding and determinations, which record shall be a public record. The recording secretary shall make minutes available to the city clerk who will distribute to council as meetings occur.
