§ 3-20. Certain minors prohibited in licensed establishments; exceptions; false representation of age prohibited.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18), except when accompanied and directly supervised by his parent or legal guardian, to be in or upon the premises of any licensed establishment in the city between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. when said licensed establishment possesses a valid liquor license issued by the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission to dispense beer, wine, or spirits for consumption on the premises.

    (b)

    No person shall falsely represent himself to be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to obtain admittance to or remain in any licensed establishment.
