§ 6-1. Bicycle.

For purposes of this chapter, "bicycle" shall mean a device on which a person may ride, which is propelled by human power, and which has either two (2) or three (3) wheels in a tandem or tricycle arrangement which are more than fourteen (14) inches in diameter.
