§ 7½-3. Applicability to permittees.

(a)

Compliance, insurance exception. All permittees shall comply with the following provisions of this chapter, except that a permittee need not comply with the insurance provisions of section 7½-7 if it is required by section II.J. of its franchise agreement (pertaining to incumbent video providers continuing certain insurance provided under their preceding franchise) to provide certain insurance.
