§ 415. Underground utility locations.
(a)
Sanitary sewers: Near center line of roadway.
(b)
Storm sewers: Either side, twenty-six (26) feet from property line.
(c)
Water mains:
North side of road: eleven (11) feet from property line.
West side of road: eleven (11) feet from property line.
(d)
Gas mains:
South side of road: eleven (11) feet from property line.
East side of road: eleven (11) feet from property line.
(e)
Other: By approval of the city superintendent, department of public works.
