§ 417. Approval of city superintendent.

(a)

After construction of the roads, streets, alleys and drains is completed, the proprietor shall furnish the city council with a letter requesting an inspection by the city superintendent, department of public works, a certificate from his engineer and a set of "as-built plans."

(b)

If the work is not complete and acceptable, the engineer will be notified as to the deficiency. The city superintendent, department of public works will make a reinspection of the work after being notified by the engineer that the deficiencies have been corrected.

(c)

When all plat procedures have been completed satisfactorily, the plat (clothbacks—five (5) copies) will be recommended by the city superintendent, department of public works for signature by the city council.
