§ 14-53. Operation of snowmobiles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile within the city limits of the City of Eaton Rapids: except, however, an owner or occupant of private property may operate a snowmobile upon his private property or may authorize the use of same upon his private property.
