§ 14-52. Size, weight and load.

No person shall drive or move or cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any street any vehicle of width, height, length or weight in excess of the limitations governing size and weight restrictions specified in the Michigan Vehicle Code, Act No. 300, Public Acts of 1949, as amended.
