§ 15-4. Failure to leave public or private property upon request.

  • No person shall enter upon the lands or premises of any public or private property in the city after having been forbidden to do so by any duly authorized public official, his agency or representative, police officer, or any owner or person in control of private property, and for purposes of clarification, public and private property shall include public, private or parochial schools. No person being upon said lands or premises shall refuse or neglect to leave or depart therefrom upon being requested to do so by the owner or person in control, official, principal or designated agent, or police officer. Upon failure to depart, said person shall be guilty of an offense.
