§ 11-6. Disposition of solid waste generally.

Solid waste shall be disposed of only to a licensed private solid waste collector, to the city collection service if such service is provided or by transporting the solid waste to a licensed sanitary landfill, to a licensed transfer station or to a licensed recycling center. Any person transporting solid waste shall cover and secure the loaded solid waste so that no part of the solid waste shall be lost while being transported.
