§ 11-7. Unauthorized use of a dumpster; movement of solid waste.

Latest version.

No person shall dump or place garbage, rubbish, or solid waste in a dumpster, bin, or other container which is located on the property of another person and leased, owned, or maintained by the person without the authorization or permission of the person. The relocation or movement of garbage, rubbish or solid waste from one (1) property to another property for collection purposes is prohibited except under the conditions and in the manner permitted in this chapter.
