§ 12-173. Board of appeals.

(a)

The "board of appeals" referenced in section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code, for purposes of this article, shall mean the City of Eaton Rapids Construction Board of Appeals.

(b)

The City of Eaton Rapids Construction Board of Appeals shall follow the appellate procedures set forth in section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code for all appeals made by individuals charged with violation(s) of this article.
